W.I.P. Electric Co., Ltd. Was established in 1992 have experience in the electrical field of production and design which have been leading us to perform as a domestic market leader among Thai electronics industry. With an emphasis on over a hundred employees working in our manufacturer. W.I.P. obliged to advance and utilize employees’ knowledge to work effectively as a part of our family. We conduct a variety of training programs for all staffs to ensure the working environment are safe, friendly and productive at the same time. Yearly seminars provided by a skillful outsourcing company to build an interdepartmental relationship and strong teamwork. In addition, working procedures and instructions need to be consulted by ones’ supervisors in each department. To achieve our business objective, our quality is measured by many levels from high to low key performance indicator (KPI) system before products are completed. Both Quality assurance (QA) and Quality control (QC) teams are functioning in parallel to support each other including internal product auditing, corrective & preventive actions, project management plan review, document control system and technical advisors initiate when issue arise.
